Blind Scan

Not sure if this is the place to ask for improvements on the Blind Scan tool but here goes.

1. Introduce the option to select step size, e.g. 4MHz, 5MHz etc.
2. Introduce a symbol rate range, e.g. 1000 - 20000
3. Change the frequency range boxes to automatically take account of LOF settings.
4. Have the option to leave scanned data in place when performing a subsequent scan. This would make it easier to combine full band sweep data in one ini file.

If we had these options it would make the BS tool more complete and user friendly, thanks.
