Hi, I paid 338USDT to your company on 07/07/2025 (including 35USDT for EMS delivery) for TBS6909, you did not deliver the parcel to me on time.
You sent the parcel by regular mail, see Russian Post message № AUO-06/38756 dated 08/27/2025, but charged me for the EMS delivery.
Two months have passed since the payment, according to Russian Post message № F82-03/504151 dated 08/20/2025, the parcel has been lost and you must return the money to me.
