6903x when I turn on my computer never works

Hello, my tbs 6903x when I turn on my computer never works, it only works if I restart the computer and then it's ok, I have the latest drivers, is there a solution for this? I have windows 10.

this BIOS issue, FPGA init require some time after power-on

Had that nagging problem for a longtime. After upgrading to Win 11, that issue was gone.
