TBS2603 won't let me update!

I have 32 TB2603 cards and I want to update to the latest version, which is 1.1.96, but when I try to update it does not complete the process, it loads the firmware then I upgrade but it never tells me that the device has been updated. I have tried several ways but it does not update me. Any suggestions?

Which firmware you're going to upgrade now? And which browser do you use? we recommend to Windows system and Browser "Google Chrome".
All 32 pieces upgrade failed now or some of them?

Another possibility is maybe Encoder does not have enough space now. Please telnet to Encoder and release some space first:
remove all files which is under "/tmp/", then try upgrade
# cd /tmp/
# rm -rf ./*
