Hello,

I'm new to IPTV

First time with this card TBS6909, I'm using Astra and I got few free channels but the issue is their picture is kinda weird when there is alot of movements, what do I need to do to get a good result?

Is it signal quality? is it because they are on 25 framerate? or it's a faulty card?

Some HD Channels with 50 framerate are perfectly fine!

Picture quality is not related to card itself. Card just receiving Transport Stream from satellite just like it is broadcasted.

For that movement issue check deinterlacing settings.

Thanks for this info this is what i'm experiencing and solved it in VLC with that settings, i'm learning alot! is there any way to enable this setting on hardware side to have every channel deinterlacing on the get go? or It's only possible only on software?

What would you suggest me to do?

I found Xtream-Code transcodage offer this option which solve this for me.
