I have to say thank you to vpeter and any others involved with the development of Openelec for the Matrix. V5.0 runs great and stable, and runs just about anything i throw at it, with the exception of some pretty niche addons. Thank you very much for your hard work!

I don't think I add support for any DVB card.

New member here with a question. I recently installed the latest build (from page 5) onto my TBS Matrix and it is working great for the most part. The only thing I'm struggling with is the HD audio passthrough. The Matrix passes the audio fine, my Home Theater Processor displays DTS-MA or TruHD, and I get sound, however the audio stutters every 5-10s or so. All my movies are on a Linux server in h264 format that I access through the Matrix via nfs. Has anyone else had luck getting stutter free HD audio passthrough?

First, please try version 5.0 from page 11. Are you using HDMI or SPDIF for digital audio out?

I'm using HDMI out. Not sure how I missed version 5, I'll give it a try today a report back.

I'm having the same issue with Version 5. I get stuttering when trying to play a Blu-Ray (h.264) with HD audio via HDMI passthrough. I have tried this with both a wired and wireless connection and they both stutter.

Downloaded one of my Blu-Ray mkv files to a usb stick (29.1GB) and it still stutters when passing through the HD audio stream. The main reason I got this box to replace my Raspberry Pi was to be able to pass through HD audio. Has anyone been able to successfully play a Blu-Ray while passing through the HD audio signal into an HD capable receiver/processor?
