Matrix Failure

After just over a week of happily using my new Matrix, I came down this morning to find it not working. Nothing comes up on the TV after a reboot and it is not pingable from my laptop. I thought I would try reloading the OS (MatrixTV latest version) however it sits on the Jumping to OS image message for 5+ minutes, then onto Loading U-boot where it will stay indefinately.
I have tried the reset button also, but no difference.
Is there anything else I can try first before I pack it back into the box and return it to the distributer ?

It is like your Matrix is broken ,You can contact our support to replace a new one.

Thanks Steven, have returned to the distributer now as it was within my 30 period and eagerly await my new one arriving...
