Is tbs6280 compliant to DVB-T2 V1.3.1 L1 standard?

I unable receive any DVB-T2 signals from my area~ i got no prob on DVB-T channels, so I don't think its my reception problem~ heard that there's a new signalling standard on DVB-T2, v1.3.1, is TBS compliant to that standard~? or is there any firmware to upgrade~? Thanks~

Can someone from the TBS staff have comments on this thread?
TBS6285 is a bad card and TBS is a bad service company.

i'd wrote to TBS support~ apparently its not, only the new card TBS6281 is~

CXD2820R support DVB-T2 V1.2.1 (SISO,MISO,MultiPLP).
DVB-T2 V1.3.1 is extended standard with DVB-T2 Lite support
DVB-T2 V1.3.1 is extended standard with DVB-T2 Lite support
