TBS6982 installation problem

Hello

I've just received TBS6982 DVB-S2 Dual Tuner PCIe Card. I experienced problem during card installation and configuration. Driver installation went ok, but problem was when I launched BlindScan I figured out that my system "sees" only one tuner (tuner B). I also tried new Windows 7 installation, but it didn’t help. I don’t know if I do something wrong or this card is faulty. Maybe Win 7 driver is not fully operational ? Do you have any clue ?

Here are my system components :

Asus P8P67 PRO motherboard
Intel i5 2500K processor
MSI GTX 460 graphic Card

OS:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Today I’ve tried to install card in another computer but also without luck (only one tuner visible in BlindScan) so it seems that problem is the driver or card itself.

look like 6982 not have official support blindscan try CrazyScan with latest StreamreaderEx-BDA -->

I will check this out, of course, but I have a feeling that problem lies deeper. I haven't said this before, but in every situation, when it came to enumerating available tuners, I've always got Tuner B i instead of Tuner A + Tuner B (for example in DVBDream or in ProgDVB).

Do you mean that in DVBDream,ProgDVB, and our Blindscan tool all only see Tuner B ??
If like this you card maybe broken.You can contact our support we will help you to replace a new one.

I seem to be in much the same position with my own card ...
After playing with the setup for the last couple of days I have just about everything else set up other than a working card
On the TBSViewer no device is actually appearing, but I HAVE had pictures at one stage over the weekend. I now have DVBLink configured and integrated with my plex setup but the DVBLink configuration tools are only finding channels from Tuner A but are not able to find EPG data or provide video from those channels. I know both cables are working fine as the SKY HD box is giving 75% readings when they are plugged back into that.
What I am looking for at the moment is some guidance to confirming that the card is indead at fault?
