Problems under CentOS

Hello,

I've successfully installed TBS5220 under my Centos 6.4 PC (x64), but I am experiencing a lot of issues with this tuner. Issue is that after some time I get just this message in dmesg:

TurboSight TBS 5220 Frontend:
tbs5220fe - running software failed
TurboSight TBS 5220 Frontend:
tbs5220fe - software version is 1.0.0.0
TurboSight TBS 5220 Frontend:
tbs5220fe - Successfully Initialized

And of course MuMuDVB stop to stream channels, and only reboot help me to solve this issue. Also I tryed to run MuMuDVB without reboot, and MuMuDVB have signal but simply not stream channels, all what is needed is to reboot PC.

This is first TBS product with which I am having issues, can anybody help or suggest something?

P.S: Tuner is each time properly initialized
