TBS6280 not recognised on Dell Vostro 270s

Hi,

I bought the 6280 card a few days ago. Brand new. Put it in my Dell Vostro 270s (that's the sff version of Vostro) and... no joy. Device Manager in Windows 7 64-bit does not see any new device. (Windows drivers install OK, but it does not help matters.)

Tried rescanning, tried re-inserting the card multiple times (of course after power down) - same result.
The motherboard has both PCIe 1x and 16x slots. Tried the card in both - same result.

Thinking the card might be faulty I've tried it in another Dell - Optiplex 755 and the card worked brilliantly!!! After installing the drivers, I could watch both SD and HD broadcasts.

Any ideas as to what might be stopping the card working in my Vostro? Some obscure Bios setting?

Please help!!!
