Is this pixellation due to signal issue or otherwise?

Do you have fixed your problem ?

Hi!

Thanks for asking.

As I mentioned in a previous post, it seems that I get such glitches when Tuner B is doing the recording and not Tuner A (I mean the logical devices Tuner A and B on this single tuner card). I think it's pretty much confirmed already. Probably my card a little faulty.
TBS6285 is a bad card and TBS is a bad service company.

The CEO of TBS had better contact me to understand what happened.

Hi Kiwi

Would you mind having a test like this:
Use Tuner A and Tuner B at the same time but not the same frequency .
Then change the frequency have a test again.

Just tell us the test result.

Kind Regards

Sorry, I'm not sure how that might help since using Tuner B alone (while Tuner A is unoccupied) already generates the pixellation in the recording.

Do a duplicate recording of the same channel using both A and B, then compare the recordings.

I do get pixellation in my recordings sometimes with either tuner A or B but I am not alarmed.

I believe it is just some glitches in the signal rather than tuner's problem since it does not happen often.

Ok... doing as u suggested now.

After that, will then watch Tuner B recording, and if I find any pixellation, will compare with Tuner A recording at that same time instance.

Will report back. Thanks.
