SASC-NG with Ubuntu 11.10 3x Kernel

Sorry not sure where you mean in regards to the 2nd patch.

Do you mean run the patch file in the following folders?:

tbsdriver/linux-tbs-drivers/ (just tried this after editing first line and i get the same result as before - 'can't find file to patch at input line 4')

and

tbsdriver/linux-tbs-drivers/v4l

I realy don't need SASC-NG, but if you can wait, en a few hours start my weekend and I can try to isntall and document all process step by step. Please, can you say me, if you can't wait for not doing it?

Im just confused about this patching as in the italian guide and the dolot guide they patch linux-source-3.0.0
ive followed both and dvbloopback does give me anything when entered in the terminal. When i run the command to start sasc-ng for mythtv according to the dolot guide http://dolot.kipdola.com/wiki/Install_S ... pendencies - it just tells me couldnt find any adapters. Also, now the tuners don't show in mythtv and trying to re-install the drivers normally doesnt make any difference :S

I just need to get this working for a project i am doing that requires a lot of recording of tv channels.

BTW, are you in argentina? So am i right now, the PC/severs i am trying to run this on are in the UK (doing everything remotely) but im actually in rosario at the moment!

Did you guys find out solution for this? I have been using dvbloopback successfully years and recently also with Ubuntu 11.10 with 3.0.0-17 kernel.

After installation of install TBS-drives dvbloopback will broke. I have also tried to compile it agains v4l-drivers from TBS-drivers package without success.

If you have wrote down instructions how to make dvloopback work with TBS-drivers I would be more than happy to get the instructions.
