Continous Bluescree with Win7 SP1

Hello,

my old system worked for many month now without any problems.
Q-BOX S2 Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit

On my new system, I have tried the latest drivers and at end installed the same old driver I have on my old system, I get continous Bluescreen at the time the Q-Box is activated.
Plug-in USB or starting the TV-Program.
Not always, but very often.
On my new system I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1.

Does Q-Box S2 have problems with SP1 of Windows 7 ? It is the only thing that is different to my old system.

I have tested it all afternoon,but have not seen Bluescree ,and my pc's config is
MB:GA-G41MT-S2
win7 64bit SP1

would mind to tell me your PC's config
