Q-Box won't work

Hello, hope to find some help about the problem.

Got a new Q-Box (S/N TBSQ190400283), should be used on PC Win7-64 Enterprise.
But don't work, because Q-Box is recognized as "unknown device", stopped by failure.

All possible driver versions, all possible installation procedures are tested,
every time same result in device manager:
"unknown device, device stopped, because device reporting errors,
failure no. 43"

Built in DVB Cards, e.g. TBS 8920, 6981 on same computer works fine.

Is there any solution about?
