(Solved)TBS-6928 and Unicam module, no picture and no sound?

Hello,

I now have a TBS-6928 with a Unicam module, rev 2.0.
I get in encrypted channels no picture and no sound.
Software I have tested DVB Dream, Watch TV EX and DVB Viewer.

In my Samsung TV, the Unicam module works fine with a "HD+" card.

Can someone help me?

How i check this?

With TBS MCE CI Tool V1.0.0.3, I can start MMI and see the CAM Info.

With TBS MCE CI Tool ich can see Unicam Information and the HD+ card information too.
So the CAM and the card works?

But only blacksrceen and no sound in encrypted channels.

Can anybody help?

Can you take a photo of your Unicam ,and would you mind having a test just the unencrypted channels.
Is it ok?

Yes, its a Unicam Rev 2.0:
The software on the module is Sparta 5.32 (15/02/2012) from unicam2.to



All unencrypted channels works fine.

hi,
can you help to recorder this transponder's stream for us to do more analyses?
you can recoder it with dvbdream->Modules->Stream Recorder, please do not insert cam when you recorder it, more than 300M data will be good.
maybe you can use hotfile to update a big file.

We need the TS file like this,Would you help us about this.

Hello again,

now, it works.
There is a menu option in the Unicam module called "HD-P"
I changed it from ON to OFF and now i can view encrypted channels.
