TBS6909 issue signal & not work simultaneously

I am actually very disappointed after getting the latest product from TBS. Sorry for that

i have TBS6909-X V2 & Direct link from LNB Quad DVB-S2 Hotbird 13e
The two problems are:
1- the channels do not work simultaneously at the same time tuner0 & tuner1, For example, when the tuner0 is run with AltDVB, the tuner1 signal drops when it is run with dvbviewer. also i try one app as DVBViewer Media Server but issue same not work simultaneously

2- the channel scanning is also weak and disappointing, on same lnb the digital device pcie have 1425 channels & TBS6909 have only 924 channels

my system:
Windows 11
Driver TBS6909-X Windows Drivers v3.0.0.8
TBS6909-X Change Mode Tool v1.0.0.1

my hardware:
Asrock Z370 K6 : https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1t ... ming%20K6/
and install card on 16x slot & set gen3

is Quattro lnb better than Quad lnb for this card ?
or all issue the same on card?

We are sorry that the way to use this card has caused you trouble.
Because the chip has 8 tuners , but it just has 4 signal input port. so there is a signal multiplexing function in the chip.
Then there are many ways for signal multiplexing. Therefore, we have chosen the three commonly used signal multiplexing methods in the satellite communication field. Multiswitch, directly connect ( one signal input for two tuners), and Unicable .
Multiswitch mode: this usage is just like the equipment sold on the market. you would better to need the 4 signal cable from the LNB.then you can get all of the TPs. every tuner works independently.

so no matter it is Quattro lnb or Quad LNB. you would better select LNB that with 4 signal cable output.

i change Mode via TBS6909-X Change Mode Tool to : "MultiSW"
now tuner work simultaneously

I hope it is possible to provide an option to have a quad instead of an octa, to receive the full signal. I do not know if this is possible through upgrading the TBS6909-X Change Mode Tool.

sorry , i am not clearly, are you just need 4 tuners?
