Helllo,

We’ve been using a TBS2216 HD encoder for some time now and has been good and reliable , recently ther has been an audio issue (white noise), adjusting the audio settings didn’t have an impact. On looking for any firmware updates i came across this post (viewtopic.php?f=187&t=25163&p=54709&hilit=2216#p54709) which had a link to a firmware update - looks to be 170713. With the update successfully carried out and rebooted the device, It defaulted to Chinese once back in English I could only see a subset of the expected menus, system only - admin - Upgrade settings - System Settings.
I’m unable to locate the configuration, network set etc. I’ve rest the device and can only access 192.168.1.168:90
I’ve tired the previous addresses which were used but all return as not active: http://192.168.0.120/index.html
http://192.168.0.120/SetNet.html
http://192.168.0.120/SetHdmi.html
http://192.168.0.120/SetAudio.html

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Should be that you upgrade an incorrect fw for your Encoder.

Please setup a remote check, like Anydesk remote check. Another, I also replied you in E-mail, when the remote checking schedule is ready, please write to me.
