tbs5281 7 day reboot

Hi

I have a tbs 5281 running under ubuntu 14.04 on an intel nuc, using tvheadend as the dvr software.
I'm having a problem with the tbs device refusing to tune after about a week of uptime, requiring a reboot to work properly again. (the device shows up as "bad" status in tvheadend). I have installed the drivers from https://bitbucket.org/CrazyCat/linux-tbs-drivers

Would appreciate any help with this; seems pretty consistent at about 7 days being the point when it begins to fail
