the lattice is a PLD, programmable logic device. think software meets hardware (ie firmware). pretty common stuff now days. the cypruss chip is a 8051 processor, pretty common as well, used in millions of keyboards around the world. the sont chip is a DVB-T2 demodulator. the NXP is a tuner.
so combing all these together you apear to have an anysee e7 t2c on your hands
that a smartcard slot on the right of the bottom picture ? if so I bet we'd see a TDA8024 chip around there somewhere too eh?

1, Now instal driver from CD in PC. One driver for DVB-T/T2 , one driver for DVB-C. Not work simultaneous (parallel) , must run exe-driver file for change mode. 2, After lock (light blue LED) all aplications still show signal 90% with signal (strong or less, DVB-T or DVB-C). 3, After unlock (light red LED) still show runnig pid 8191.

anysee t2c use same samsung NIM with tda18212/cxd2820r (also used in tbs6220), now supported in linux drivers so possible replace proprietary tbs tuner-demod driver with open-source anyway this diffrent devices, but look like cypress fx2 used in both Llattice PLD implement some CI controller, no more
