Hello, I would like to ask the 5680 is inserted into a computer, not detected hardware, computer equipment manager there is no 5680 of the equipment, unable to install the driver.Want to say USB interface is inserted into the box, very relaxed.Would like to ask how to solve.

Are you using the USB 3.0 interface?? TBS5680 dont support USB3.0.and you can read the "TBS Devices Manual".it is in the CD. May be you can find a solution in it .
