I have trouble in Windows 10 where open channels are functional without problem, but encrypted channels are not functional.

I use DVBViewer Pro.

CAM module and card are fully operational in TV.

Which version of the DVB Viewer Pro are you using? Have You installed the library tbsCiapi.dll in the program folder of the DVB Viewer?
