DVB input not connected creates issue

I experienced issues if one of the two inputs are let unconnected to LNB
When I switch between channels for particular frequencies , the tuning time is increasing (FTA or scrambled channels)
If both inputs are properly connected to LNB, no issues !
Is there a way to remove /dev/dvb/adapter1 in case of singled LNB used ?
