I bought the TBS 5925 6 months ago and today it started to smell and now the power LED doesnt come on anymore :cry:

Quite dissapointing considering the price of the box.
Is there anyone with a similar experience and whether it can be repaired?

The power supply 7.5V adapter is working... it's the 5925 which is dead.

Good Morning all,

I noticed the power supply that came with TBS 5925 is rated @ Outout DC 12V 2A.
Is this the right voltage for tbs5925?

So is it really possible to use 12V for TBS 5925 like in a car ? Cause it says 7.5V on the box...

Is that also possible with TBS 5880 ?
