Alas, whilst the drivers compile for the 2.6.39 kernel they fail for the 6280 card with a kernel Oops.

I've attached a plain dmesg log. I'll have to hold off on upgrading the kernel to fix an unrelated problem until the next driver release.

Also, I notice no mention of the TBS IR sensor or lirc in the boot messages with either this card or the 6981 with the 2.6.38 or 2.6.39. Any news on when that will be supported in the driver ?

TBS is working on Linux driver for kernel 3.x and estimated release time will be late September. The new release will support Linux kernel 3.x also older kernels down to version 2.6.31. it will not only add support for Linux kernel 3.x, but it should resolve any remote control issues in case there are such with any other kernel in the range 2.6.31 to 3.0.3. TBS is re-working everything remote control related.
