No reply from TBS after I RMA my TBS6280~

TBS support had acknowledged that they had received my card and would inform me when dispatch out the replacement card~

i followed up with two more emails, one on last week and another one the day before, both no reply from TBS~

what's goin here man~? really disappointed with the service~ :cry:

Sorry guy, but you are here in wrong forum. Here it is about TBS2910. By the way, I got my RMA filled succesfully. It took some time to get the mail (about 4 weeks) but everything went fine. I found the TBS Support helpfull. Thanks to them :-)

Sorry, will re-post it at the correct section.

anyway, i'm ok that it takes 4 weeks but the problem is there's no reply from them~ the first few emails exchange were very fast, all replies within a day~ subsequently when they had received my card, they stopped responding to my mails. :evil:

Yea,We have already received your email,And i have checked this with our sales and hardware department.

Because TBS6281 is a new card is still on production,when finished we will send it to your as soon as possible.
