I have been thinking of building an HTPC and browsing has indicated that the TBS 6280 tuner is probably the best dual T2 tuner available in PCIe form. Given the addition of some good quality supporting components and MCE, is the 6280 likely to provide the quality of signal and functionality of my existing 5 year old Panasonic HDD box?
