hi i just bought a tbs6920 i installed it with its drivers on DVD ,but i couldnt set the dish(no frequency recived),so i installed the new tbs ip data but no change ,i installed new driver ,no change.i installed windows xp iv got frequencies but when i opened fastsat finder the frequency had lost again and i never have not a frequency aftar that,i did all of ways but no result,i have signal with my old technisat skysatr2,i realy dont know what other work i must do,what should i do?????

my system information:
intel coire i5
6 gb ddr3 ram
mainboard:gigabyte h55
