Horizontal channels has lost

i have a lovely 6920 s2 card and i use dvbdream(ver 1.5 e) as a player for watching channels
after suffering 3 mouth of low speed channel change between transponders, in a rainy weather my kute Horizontal channels has lost
my home condition :- distance between pc and dish is 15 meter
-signal quality before corruption were in a good range of 60-90 % in H channels
is there anyone that could help me and describe me what situation i am in and what is the restoration way of the card ?
