5922 suddenly stopped working

Hello,
My 5922 suddenly stopped working. It shows Level 50% Signal 55% even with the satellite cable unplugged.
I tried reinstalling the driver - still not working. The device is present in Device Manage but it is unable to tune channels.
Help please!

From the information you give to us,it is like that your card have broken,
Would you mind telling us that where do you bought this card,you can
write this problem to our support#tbsdtv.com to get a new one.

I bought the card from
