5922 suddenly stopped working

Hello,

My 5922 suddenly stopped working. It shows Level 50% Signal 55% even with the satellite cable unplugged.
I tried reinstalling the driver - still not working. The device is present in Device Manage but it is unable to tune channels.

Help please!
