TBS5922 Blind scan low S/R Problem

I have TBS5922 device.I have one probleem that TBS5922 blind scan program not scaned any TP which have symbol rate less then 1600.my other blind scan receiver tuned many transponder S/R less then 1600.

The same with TBS 6922 card. Seems it is hardware restriction of TAS2100 demod chip in blindscan mode.

Like tempo said that it is the hardware restriction.Can not do it by our software.
