BSOD on Windows 7x64

Hi,

I have a problem with the TBX5922 running on fresh installed Windows 7 x64 MCE with driver version 2.0.2.3. After some time (between 5 min and 5 hours) the MCE no longer reacts and finally dies with a blue screen. I can provide a mini dump for analysis if that would help.
