Scanning issue with advanced diseqc (1x10)

Scanning issue with advanced diseqc (1x10)

Postby pacooka » Tue Jan 10, 2012 11:47 pm

Having some issue with the scanning process, I do not know if that's a diseqc configurations or maybe the TBS drivers

doesn't support my diseqc...
This is the Diseqc i got:
Best Diseqc Switch 10/1, http://www.satshop.tv/Best-Diseqc-Switch-10-1-

*My problem is that not all channels are scanned, but only a small part of the frequencies
Eg: On 26E no signal on 11919 H (MBC package), 11785 V - Luxe TV HD etc...
Same issue on all LNBs (and i can only see the first 4 LNBs...maybe diseqc configuration??)

My *Dreambox 800* works very good with this settings:
LNB1 , 9E , Diseqc 1.2 (I got a motor here) , Commited Diseqc - AA , INPUT1
LNB - Universal LNB
Voltage - polarisation
Increace voltage - No
Tone Mode - Band
Fast Diseqc - No
Sequance Repet - No
Command orders - UnCommited, Commited, Tone

LNB2, 4W , Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT2
LNB3, 13E , Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT3
LNB4, 26E , Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT4
LNB5, 4.8E , Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT5
LNB6, 7E , Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT6
LNB7, 7W , Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT7
LNB8, 19.2E ,Diseqc 1.1 , AA , INPUT8
LNB9, empty
LNB10, empty

Did try to config DVB Dream with Diseqc v1.0/2.0 placed all LNBs on Port 1with uncommited switch port for every Sat
Also tried DVB Viewer and Media Portal (i think Media Portal dosen't use the general driver)
Any way not all frequencies scanned and i got only half of the channels than i should...

Need your help with that matter, Please advice

Thank you very much for your support

Hi pacooka

In DVBDream Diseqc setting,Uncommitted tab,you can set the Uncommitted Switch Port 0 to 15.

Thanks

That's true. I'm not a fully user of DVBDream, but I have a 10x1 diseqc switch and test it with DVBDreman and work ok.

Best regards

I haven't got 4therecord installed, but, seeing Instalation Guide page 21 there are a images of setup with a combo. It's indicate as selected diseqc 1.0 but It have more options. What are the options? Maybe you can resolve it in this options.

Best regards.
