TBS 8922 windows 7 signal on OPTUS D1 but no channels

In media centre set tv signal to Optus D1 LNB 10750 and getting strong signal according to bars.
Did a scan in 12456 and 12483 (22500) and no channels.
Tried a complete scan on DVB dream on same Optus d1 with LNB 10750 and no channels.
swapped out my old card that Tevii card and all channels found on exact same settings.
I know I am getting a signal and know I have the right LNB and transponders for freeview in NZ
Any ideas?
