Hi,

I am having an identical issue to this person here:

but with the TBS8922 card.

I have tried to replicate his steps for a solution in deleting the drivers from windows itself, but have so far not been able to get success.

I am getting a signal strength of around 95% in TBS blindscan.

Using Windows Media Centre, and then DVBdream I again have found no channels.

Running Windows 8.1 Professional x64 with Windows Media Centre, with an Asus P8H77-M motherboard.

This is my first foray into satellite on a PC so maybe I have set something up incorrectly.

Spoke to support who said:

"so, it seems to me that 8922 card is faulty - tuner signal path and digital data path are separate - if the tuner can lock, but cannot receive data, that suggest some fault in the digital data path on the board."

So it might just be a return and replace job?
