Hello,
I have got a TBS6922 with lastest driver (1.0.1.5), with the previous driver I had the some problem.
I cant lock TP 12172 v 30000, the signal only are high some seconds and return to 0. In Linux with the some card or with an STB I can lock these TP without problem.

What happend with the driver?

Thanks.

Hi

I use only FTA, but I test with ProgFinder and have same problem. 78% quality to 0%.
TP 12172 H is OK 80% .
Perhaps satellite problem?

I happened the same with other satellites and TP, I thought it was satellite problem.

Regards.

Hello Alfredo.
I have got some problem yet...
Yesterday with other TBS6922 (no 6922SE as mine) and 1.2m dish i had the problem with this TP!! Again... A STB can lock without any problem the TP.
I wrote to TBS support and a guy connected to my PC by TeamViewer but he doesn't resolve anything...

Finally I receive a bad new from TBS support...

We have find out this problem.Because the two TP interfere with each other. They are the same of frequency and symbol rate, just LNB difference. So,maybe you need a better LNB.and you can not connect diseqc .what is the LNB of you used?
BTW,There is a same program in the two TP.So i think if you do not have to,just lock one of them is ok.

:(

Hi

I can't understand very well your answer.
I have the same problem, therefore isn't LNB problem.
Hispasat 30.0W have 12052V SR27500 FEC3/4 DVB-S and 12052H SR27500 FEC3/4 DVB-S (Different level of signal H and V) and no problem.
Amazonas 61.0W have 12172V SR30000 FEC2/3 DVB-S and 12172H FEC30000 FEC2/3 DVB-S2 (8PSK) (Equal level of signal H and V) with problem, therefore isn't LNB problem.
I don't know if the two "TP" have the same program.
I have curiosity for know why appear this problem.

Regards

Alfredo,
I contacted with TBS support and a guy connected to my PC by Teamviewer, few days later he sent this explication by mail.
He doesn't ansewer my mails after this.
I think the problem is in the firmware or hardware level, no driver...

Hi Newtman

If you post in another list, can ask if other people have the same problem with other card o tuner.
