TS and W7,64Bit

my windows 7-64 bit.
i,m using latest driver for this card and tsreader 2.8.46b and latest bdasource 1.0.8.4,but ay time i,m perform tsreader,can,t loched on my frq,so for solve it i,m want perform another prgram for locked on my frq but atall no let me beacuse get unable start run graph or tbs 6922 no start and other error,i,m testet with progfinder,tbsipdata,transedit and ,,, but atall no locked on my frq and no let perform other program for locked on that frq,but my friend have 5922 and w7,atall have not this problem,he perform tsreader so perform progfinder and locked on frw and using very good from tareader!!
i,m contact with company of qbox but only tell me use form tsbdasource 1.0.8.3,imn do it,but atall no get any reply?!!!
so i,m must what are doing?please help to me.
