How do I change the channel numbers and how do i get the remote to work?

Install the last remote IR software and configure it (

Witch software are you using when you want change channel numbers?

Hi
I have this version of software loaded anyway. I may have not made myseld clear in my post. By changing the channel numbers I mean when you move the mouse to the right side when in tbs viewer
it list available channels 0 to whatever. I would like to rearrange the list ie what now is listed as say 5 to be moved to 1 etc etc.
