Everything went fine installing software or so I thought. When I try to do a scan it states No Hardware found!

In device manager I have showing TBS 6922 DVBS/S2 BDA Tuner

Only one line of entry in the manager. Have I missed something

what is the scan tools you used? I just have a test with the TBS6922 own scan tool, it is work well.

Finally got it to recognise the hardware and do a scan by deleting everything and starting again.
Pictures on SD are fine but HD is very blurred, coloured and wavy.
