After five months of work our card tbs6984 is burned out. There is everything near power block on PCB (http://clip2net.com/s/1Xd5J http://clip2net.com/s/1Xd6N). There are two more cards in the same case (computer), they start and working but channels processing is slow and flow is corrupted. dmesg state about the following error:

please, try those two 6984 cards one by one and tuner by tuner and check which of those cards and which tuners on them generate such 'tbs6984fe - command is not responding' message when you lock with them and tell us your test results. thanks.

Thanks. We are guessing problem was in burned card, flame from one card overheat another card in case. This is the problem with channels processing it seems. There are two not working cards & one card works. Can we replace them by warranty? Cards was bought on buydvb.net.

yes, please, contact buydvb.net, for arranging RMA. i agree with you that it seems the card that burn somehow damaged the other cards too and in 99% of the cases the 'tbs6984fe - command is not responding' message you're getting means hardware fault.
