Hi

After i updated my TBS 6984 to v.1.0.1.8, port C and D don't work.
I have tried to restore Win7 to before update, but it still dosn't work.
Any suggestions??

I have measured the voltage of each port
the idle is
A 1,1V
B 1,1V
C 19,3V
D 1,1
When i eg. start IP tool at the different ports i get.
A 13,4V
B 13,4V
C 19,3V
D 1,1V
So it is showing the same, port C and D are bad, it think the is defect.

Can anyone confirm?

Would you mind use the older driver to have a test ,is it ok?
And We just have test V 1.0.1.8 Driver it shows ok.

So would you mind have a test both new driver and older driver.

I already done that, there isn't any logic in this, i tested after each line, with same result.

the 7. Jan.
11 to 13 i recorded a show
13.30 i updated the Driver to 1.0.1.8
13.45 port C and D malfunctioned
- roll back to 1.0.1.5
- restart
- power down, wait one minute, re powered
- run system restore to before driver update
- Deleted Driver and files, restart, installed 1.0.1.0
- powered off - pressed the card manically in place - but didn't take it out
- installed IP Tool - and tested - C and D - no signal

the 8. Jan.
- powerd up
- tested with IP Tool - measured voltage - see old post
- disasambeled the PC - cleaned it with compressed air - mounted DVBcard
***** and it worked ****** i can't explain it ??????

The joy was short

After writing this mail i tried to watch live TV, and now PORT C and D malfunction again.
Should i sent it for replacement or do you have any other approach?

It is so strange,maybe the card have broken.
and would you mind have a test like this.
- powerd up measure C and D tuner Voltage:

C tuner: 0V
D tuner: 0V

- tested with IP Tool only with C and D tuner, lock with H TP and V TP - measured these voltage ,and tell us the
report like this.
H TP V TP
C tuner: 18V 13V
D tuner: 18V 13V

D 1,1
I dosen't change if i change V to H and press Lock

If i try on port A and B i get 13,4 and 18,4

From your test report. it shows that your card have broken,
