Hi there. Greetings from Spain, I stand here because I can not find another place to do it. I want to buy the tbs 5980 card but I have doubts. I need to know if you have to have internet to do the installation. I also want to know if the codecs that come with the cd I can open MPEG 4422 links. thank you very much

The package have one CD with drivers, but always it's recommended download latest drivers, so, for that you need internet connection.
