Little freeze sometimes

Hello , sorry for my bad English I'm on windows 7-64bit , and use the latest drivers from the Qbox , I use dvbviewer and cam Astonscrypt 2.62
I have multiple phenomena that occur , if anyone can help me I 'd be grateful .

The problem which appears is that at some point there has micro freezes at the picture, I said that the official card is inserted , it may take 10 seconds after the image back at some time or the tuner seems to " grow" dvbviewer is unresponsive and does not want to close I am forced to unplug the receiver and reconnect , the signal sometimes seems to get lost and I find myself with the app that tells me I have 5% signal but I have image ...

Sometimes the cam works more than an hour without interruptions while times 10 minutes to appear that freezes.

Lately I have been an improvement using Progdvb , I feel that the program to install a plugin for TBS but I can not guarantee that the improvement comes from there , maybe it is not a coincidence, in any case it is better with dvbviewer since I install progdvb that the problem comes back from time to time ( well enough to be annoying ) so if you have a track let me know
