No vertical polarization channels at high frequencies

Hi!
I have a QBOX CI with the latest drivers installed (1.0.2.7), connected to a Win7-64 box.
I use DVBViewer 4.9.6.20.
I am experiencing problems viewing all the channels with vertical polarization at frequencies higher than 12000 MHz. One example is BBC Olympic 2 HD, on Astra 28.2E, which, according to http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/info/bbc_olympics_channels.shtml, should be located at 12129MHz, 29500 symbol rate, Vertical polarization.
My LNB skew is OK, since I have also double checked with a standard Sky+ HD box, and I am able to receive those channels.
Any idea?

Thank you!

Hi ccristal

Do you mean that vertical polarization at frequencies higher than 12000 MHz all have problem?
So what about the Horizontal ,is it ok?

And can you give us your DVBViewer LNB's setting picture?

Kind Regards

steven

Yes, horizontal is ok.
Is the one attached the picture you asked for? If not, can you please explain how do I navigate to the screen you need?
Thanks!

Hi Steven!
Here attached is the scan log collected from the OEM DVBDream.

As you can see, all the vertical transponders starting from 11740KHz came back as "No signal".
