TBS 5980 STILL FREEZE

I have the TBS 5980 installed with the latest driver 1.0.3.3 on a Windows 10 setup.
The USB is connected to an USB 2 port (Yes i am sure).
Sometimes the TBS 5980 freeze and stop answear. When it happend the device is not longer reqognized in Windows and i got a conflict in the device manager for that USB. I have also tested to move around the card to other USB 2 ports but with same result.
The only way to get the card back in business is to take out the powercable and USB for a while and put it all back. Then Windows 10 finds the TBS 5980 again.
This is very frustrating cause when i am away from home there is no way to reset the card. Maybe if i get a powerswitch who i could remotely turn off and on but this feels little bit overkill to get this work.
There must be solution for this or did i bought crap who gets to hot and freeze beqause of that?
