Hi, I recently purchased a Q-Box 5980 and I am mostly pleased with it. I have an issue, however, with low sybol rate transponders. I can't seem to lock anything under 2Msps in a viewer app such as DVB Viewer, DVB Dream, AltDVB etc. The TBS 5980 blind scan software can detect the transponders but I am unable to scan them in any of the viewer apps. I know the signal is fine as I have STBs that can get these low SR channels. Is this a known issue and is there a driver update due in the near future ? I am using Windows 7 64bit with the latest driver 1.0.0.9 connected to Intel ICH10 USB 2.0 host controller. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Could you please show me the which satellite you are recieving? I'd like to know the low symbole rate frequency detail,so i can reproduce the problem in our lab.

Here are some examples of the TPs that blind scan can find but the viewer apps cannot.

i had fixed the low symbo rates problem inside the driver.
BTW,if input the low symbo rates,it will take long time wait for lock,you can input 0 for symbol rates,the driver will do the blind scan with the single frequency,very fast.
And i had fixed other bugs,which will cause app hang up.
Please make a test and give me the result,i will keep improved the drivers for you.

Hi, thanks for the quick turn around with this. I'll test this out later today and let you know how I get on.

Just tested the new driver and so far so good. I even managed to get a lock on 12748 H 716 QSPK 1/2 on Atalantic Bird 2 8.0W even although this is below the official range of the device (1000 - 45000)
I also think that the blind scan is considerably quicker than before.
