DVB Resource not available tbs viewer

hello
I installed the driver from the website on on windows 7
MCECI tools let me choose the receiver id
and let me access the cam module and I can query the cam.
But when I try to watch channels in tbs viewer I get signal ok
but no tuning and tells me that no dvb resource is free

does anyone have the same issue?

Ok I found the solution it was the driver
not correctly regnized under windows 7
I had to force system to accept the drivers
and it must have two devices installed
1) DVB S/S2 CI BDA
2)VHID device

now everything seems to be working
even though I get some glitching on video streams.
