tbs6980fe: delivery system -1 is not supported

I'm using a tbs6980 card on a Ubuntu 10.04 64bit in combination with VDR.
There was no problem compiling and installing the driver however it seems I can only use one of the two tuners.
Recording a channel on one transponder makes viewing on an other freeze.
dmesg reports the following message:
> tbs6980fe: delivery system -1 is not supported
Does anyone have a clue on what might be wrong here?
