16APSK reception question

Hello
i have a one siganl with
16APSK,
ACM/VCM
FEC 4/5
RF LEVEL -55
SIGNAL/NOISE 14.9dB
rolloff 020
RF Level -55
i have many BER error (Failure).
I checked 32APSK with fec 3/4 and i have 16dB and i dont have any BER errors in crazyscan. (it is 000000).
i want know my siganl in Not enough ? and i should increase it?
as i remeber it was ok in few days ago ...
i use windows 7 64bit . tbs6925 v2.2.

maybe 6925 damaged? or need more siganl and 14.6db for fec 4/5 in 16apsk is not enough ?

This transmission use ACM/VCM mode, so there can be different MODCOD's in feed. 16APSK 4/5 is probably one of them, other can be 32APSK, for which signal is too low, so You have BER not 0. On which satellite this transmission is broadcasted?

85east. it was ok a few days ago. and it was always ok for me.

85°E too far for me, cannot check
They could change some params, add 32APSK mode or something, but to be 100% sure somebody else with 6925 should check this. Do You have problems with other ACM/VCM now or just this one?

Here is photo from my friend 6925. he have lower signal but BER is 00000...
which parameters i should check to fix this problem?

Check with latest StreamReaderEx-BDA 1.2.0-1202 (same fix in latest drivers for 6925/5925). See disscussion about Eumetcast 10E ussue (DVB-S2 TS FIFO minimum latence mode).

hi, my friend (koolysat) have 1.0.1.17 driver. also he have lower signal but without errors.
i checked with lastest driver 1.0.1.23 and lastest crazyscan & streamreaderex. but still i have a problem.
